Gas Boiler Servicing

There are many different reasons why its important to have your gas boiler service carried out annually but the most important reason for us is Safety. If a boiler is left too long without being regularly checked and serviced there is potential for the boiler to fail, start working unsafely and then cause harm to life. Some other key reasons on why you should have an annual boiler service-

• We will ensure the boiler is working as efficiantly as possible to keep your energy bills low
• We can detect early signs of wear and tear and potentially fix a small problem before it becomes a big one
• It’s a requirement of all major boiler manufactures that the boiler is serviced annually to keep up any warranties you have with the boiler from installation
• It could be part of your leasehold agreement if you leave in a flat or apartment complex to have the boiler serviced

While we carry out an annual service on the boiler we will also check the following for you if they are applicable to your system-

• Check and clean your magnetic system filter if you have one
• Bleed any radiators you have concerns about and repressurise the system if required
• Makesure your system controls are working correctly ie, timers and thermostats.
