The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 require landlords to have gas appliances checked for safety by a Gas Safe registered engineer annually. Our team will help to ensure that the gas appliances in your properties are safe for tenants to use and kept up to date with all the current regulations. We will also set up annual reminders to help with keeping this process done in a timely manner so anniversary dates don’t get missed. Once the works are completed we will then keep records of the checks on our system for up to 5 years digitally as well as sending them directly to the landlord and tenant.
Regular Servicing
LGSR
An LGSR is different from an annual service so if your boiler does come with a Manufacturer’s warranty, we would recommend an LGSR and Annual Service are carried out at the same time.
While on site if requested we will also check Carbon Monoxide Alarms (CO alarms) to check if they are working and within their operational dates and check smoke alarms. If either are found to be faulty or not in date we can provide a quote for replacements if needed.
