All of our engineers are Gas Safe (formerly Corgi) and OFTEC registered, and trained to the highest possible standards. We also provide ongoing training to keep them up to speed with the very latest safety issues and regulations to ensure we can offer the best quality service to our clients.

Henri Taylor Heating and AC Specialists will provide you with all of your Safety Certificates under one roof, saving you time and even more important saving you money.

Certificates are completed on site signed by the tenant and engineer and will be sent straight to the landlords inbox. For safety purposes, we also supply CO detectors and smoke alarms.

Need a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate?

By law, landlords must have gas appliances in properties they let checked for safety every 12 months. They should also hold a Gas Safety Certificate as proof.
