(All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate)
Labour Rates
There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs and work is charged in 1 hour increments. Labour rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Quotations
Quotations are available from our engineer whilst on site if they are carrying out work or we are happy to make a standalone visits for an engineer free of charge.
Materials
Materials supplied by Henri-Taylor Heating Solutions LTD will be charged at our trade price plus 20% mark up and will be genuine branded parts with a 12 month warranty.
Invoice
An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of works carried out including a breakdown of the cost from labour and materials used.
Fixed Price
We will give a written quote before work commences and all quotations are subject to VAT at the current rate and are fixed for your peace of mind.
Payment
Payment should be made in full by credit/debit card or Bank Transfer upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to ask for payment in advance of jobs in some instances and do not accept cash or cheques.
Additional Fees
When booking jobs we will ask about any potential parking restrictions and travel fees which we may incur from our office trading address in Kent. For example, London congestion charge and Dartford Crossing.
Site Surveys
On a free site survey our engineers will only be surveying the job at hand to enable us to quote for installation works. They will not be able to diagnose individual faults you have on the system as this would be a chargeable job.
